Description

Perched above Plymouth's harbor and the tidy masts of the MAYFLOWER replica ship, The Mayflower House Museum, a history-oriented facility housed in the former 18th-century home of Edward Winslow (the great-grandson of the Plymouth Colony's third governor), offers views almost as atmospheric as they once were in bygone centuries. Enjoy a guided tour of this elegant old residence for a glimpse of period furnishings and more information on the lives of the Pilgrims' descendents. Those with Pilgrim blood in their veins can explore family roots at the associated General Society of Mayflower Descendents situated, along with a library, behind the Mayflower House Museum.
