All limericks aside, the island of Nantucket is an entirely agreeable summer retreat beloved for its undeveloped landscapes, sand-padded beaches and small-town charms.
Traditionally, Harvard's Arthur M. Sackler Museum has as its focus Asian, Islamic and Indian art as well as ancient artifacts. Since the short-term closure of Harvard's other fine art facilities, the Fogg Art Museum and the Busch-Reisinger Museum, due to renovations (slated to last until 2013), the Sackler also now temporarily houses select highlights from their collections as part of the "Re-View", an exhibition that offers visitors a glimpse of art not only of antiquity but from famed artists of the last century, like Pablo Picasso and Max Beckman.
